Sonder is a space built for long-term presence, personal autonomy, and genuine connection. Your voice. Your space. Without fear of erasure. Sonder is a social and content platform and is not a booking or client-acquisition platform.

2. Who can use Sonder?

Sonder is open to adults aged 18 and over who want to be part of a respectful, supportive community. If you value positive interaction and genuine connection, this is a space where you're welcome.

3. How is Sonder different from other platforms?

Where many platforms have unclear rules, Sonder prioritises transparency. Instead of sudden removals, we use a clear strike and review system so members have the space to learn and improve. We also prevent reporting tools from being misused, protecting people from targeted harassment.

4. Will Sonder ever restrict certain types of content?

We allow a wide range of expression as long as it complies with laws and our Terms of Service. Content involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual acts, hate speech, or direct harm will never be permitted here.

We do not allow content that advertises, describes, or arranges in-person sexual services or meetings to ensure we meet legal restrictions.

8. How do I create a profile on Sonder?

9. Can I use a stage name instead of my real name?

Yes. You may use a stage name on your profile.

10. Why was my Sonder account rejected?

Accounts may be rejected due to failed verification, prohibited content, or incomplete registration. Contact support for assistance at support@entersonder.com.

11. Can I hide my profile?

Content & Posting

12. What content can I post on Sonder?

Members can post images, videos, text, and links, as long as content complies with our Terms of Service.

13. Can I post explicit/nude content on the public feed of Sonder?

Sonder allows artistic and non-explicit nudity. Content that includes visible genital display or explicit sexual acts is not permitted. All content must be consensual, legal, and comply with applicable laws and Sonder's platform guidelines.

14. How do I stop seeing adult content on Sonder?

You can control what you see by adjusting your content filters in your account settings. Filters allow you to hide adult content so your feed only shows posts that match your preferences. Your settings can be changed at any time, giving you full control over your experience.

15. Can I share links to other platforms or websites?

Yes, you can share links to other platforms or external websites, as long as they comply with Sonder's Terms of Service and applicable laws. Links must not lead to illegal, misleading, or prohibited content, and should respect consent, safety, and community standards. This helps keep Sonder a trusted space while still allowing members to connect audiences to their wider online presence.

16. Can I boost or promote my profile?

Yes, Sonder will offer optional promotional tools designed to increase your profile's visibility across the platform. These tools allow your profile to show more prominently in relevant discovery areas, helping you reach a wider audience without requiring permanent placement or ongoing promotion. All promotional features are designed to be flexible and fair, giving users control over when and how they choose to boost their visibility. This feature won't be offered straight away, but will be introduced at a later date.

Promotional tools may be unavailable or restricted for certain users or account categories where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, or platform integrity.

17. Can I post AI-generated content on Sonder?

Yes, but AI content must be clearly labelled to ensure transparency.

18. Can I hide AI-generated content?

Absolutely. Your feed is yours to shape. You can turn off AI-generated content in your settings, and you can switch it back on later if you change your mind.

19. How do I watermark my content?

Sonder does not currently offer built-in watermarking tools. If you'd like to watermark your content, you'll need to use third-party apps or software before uploading your posts. Adding a watermark is recommended to help protect your content and maintain clear ownership once it's shared on the platform.

Earnings & Payments

20. How do tips work on Sonder?

Followers can tap the Tip option on a Sonder member's post or profile where tipping is enabled.

Tips are entirely optional and never required

Payments are processed securely through Sonder's approved payment provider.

How Sonder members can use the tip function:

Members can make posts inviting tips, such as appreciation posts, milestones, or general support messages

Tips cannot be exchanged for explicit sexual acts, illegal services, or real-world meetups

Tips must never be framed as payment for prohibited content or activities.

Users must never pressure others, use coercion, or make misleading promises in connection with tipping.

Tipping on Sonder is designed to support members in a transparent, respectful way while keeping interactions consensual, legal, and aligned with platform guidelines.

21. How much can my followers tip me at one time?

New accounts: up to $500 USD

Accounts 2 months or older: up to $1,000 USD

22. What do the top tipper badges mean?

Tipper badges are designed to recognise and acknowledge supporters who actively contribute. These badges help members easily identify engaged supporters and provide visibility into ongoing support within the community.

Badges are assigned based on a supporter's level of contribution over time:

VIP - Exceptional and ongoing support

Gold - High-level support

Silver - Consistent support

Bronze - Entry-level support

Tipper badges are intended to promote transparency and appreciation while helping members better understand their audience.

23. What cryptocurrencies does Sonder support?

Yes. A 15% platform fee applies to cover payment processing, hosting, and ongoing platform support. This fee allows us to continuously invest in platform stability, safety, and new features, ensuring Sonder remains a reliable, secure, and community-first space for everyone.

26. How do I get paid my earnings on Sonder?

All payouts on Sonder are issued in cryptocurrency. This approach allows for faster processing and greater privacy compared to traditional banking systems. It also enables members to receive payments globally without delays or restrictions often associated with bank transfers or payment processors.

27. How long does it take to get paid?

Payout requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once your payout request is approved, the funds will be sent to your designated crypto wallet. There is a minimum payout threshold of $30 USD. Members can request a payout once their available balance reaches or exceeds this amount.

Using cryptocurrency for payouts allows Sonder to process payments faster and more reliably than traditional banking methods, while also supporting members globally without the delays often associated with bank transfers.

28. Why have my payouts been suspended or rejected?

29. Do I have to pay tax on my Sonder earnings?

Members are responsible for declaring their Sonder earnings in accordance with the tax laws of their country of residence.

Sonder does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or file taxes on behalf of members. If you're unsure about your obligations, it's recommended to consult a qualified accountant or tax professional.

Account Management & Support

30. How do I delete or edit a post?

Posts cannot be edited once published. However, you can delete content at any time directly from your profile using the post management tools.

31. How do I report leaked or stolen content?

If you believe your content has been leaked or used without permission, please use the report button on the relevant post or contact our support team immediately at support@ivysociete.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and handled with care. We may request links, screenshots, or ownership proof to investigate quickly.

32. How do I block someone on Sonder?

You can block another member directly from their profile. Visit the user's profile, select Block. Once blocked, the user will no longer be able to view or interact with your content.

33. How can I appeal a decision to deactivate content or suspend my account?

Sonder follows a clear three-strike policy, designed to give members the opportunity to understand expectations and adjust before permanent action is taken. If you believe a content removal or account action was made in error, you may submit an appeal for review.

How to appeal: Please email support@entersonder.com with the following information:

your username and login email address

a copy of the notification you received

a brief explanation of why you are requesting a review.

Our team will reassess the decision and contact you with the outcome. If additional information is required, we will reach out during the review process.

34. How can I report someone violating Sonder's Terms of Service?

If you believe a post or account is violating Sonder's Terms of Service, please use the report function on the relevant post. This ensures the content is reviewed quickly and in the correct context.

Referrals & Media

35. How does the Sonder referral ambassador program work?

Sonder's ambassador program is automatically available to all members. Each user is assigned a unique referral link, which can be shared to invite new users to the platform. Referral benefits are applied once a referred user successfully completes their profile.
