Anyone who creates an account, accesses Restricted Adult Content, or monetises content on the platform must meet the applicable age requirements.
Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be permanently removed and reported where required by law.

To complete verification, users may be asked to confirm their age or identity through a trusted third party verification provider.
Sonder uses secure verification technology provided by Yoti to confirm age and identity when required.
During this process, users may be asked to submit a government issued ID and a selfie or facial verification check.
Identity verification is performed directly through our verification provider.

verification is processed by the provider
Sonder receives only confirmation that verification was successful.
Sonder does not store copies of identity documents or biometric facial data used during verification unless required for legal, safety, or regulatory reasons.

Creators who publish or monetise adult content may be required to complete identity verification before certain features are enabled.
This helps ensure that:
All creators are adults
creators are who they claim to be
monetisation systems are protected from fraud or impersonation.
Creators may also be required to verify payout information or complete additional verification checks depending on payment provider requirements.
Age Verification for People Appearing in Content
Creators are responsible for ensuring that every identifiable person appearing in uploaded content:
Is at least 18 years old
has consented to the creation and distribution of the content
has authorised its upload to the platform.
Sonder may request documentation confirming age and consent where necessary to comply with safety requirements or legal obligations.
Failure to provide required evidence may result in content removal or account suspension.
Sonder does not allow:
Any depiction of minors in sexual or nude contexts
child exploitation material
non consensual intimate imagery
impersonation or deceptive sexual content
unlawful content under Australian law.
Content or accounts violating these rules may be removed immediately and reported to relevant authorities where required.
If you believe content violates platform rules or involves illegal or unsafe material, please report it immediately.
